We supply 100% Human Remy hair. Remy means the hair cuticles are kept intact and aligned in the same direction, preserving the hair’s natural appearance and preventing matting.

We offer Master Classes in the Concealed Bead Method. Training is available as an Online Course, Group Masterclasses or 1 on 1 personal training.

Our hair can last 6-18 months, depending on care, colour treatments, and lifestyle. Proper maintenance can extend its lifespan, while harsh treatments or neglect may shorten it.

We offer a 30-day exchange or credit for any UNOPENED Volaré Hair Extensions or Tools. Due to hygienic reasons we only exchange items that have not been opened or the box untampered with. Refunds are provided for faulty goods only. Please note that return postage costs are your responsibility, as are any additional fees for sending out replacement items. We do not guarantee against split ends or colour fading, as these issues are inherent to human hair and depend on home care.

Avoid products containing parabens, sulfates, and excessive protein treatments, as these can weaken the hair. Use products specifically designed for hair extensions, apply leave-in oil or conditioner, and always use heat protection when styling. To extend longevity, consider using a 100% silk nightcap to prevent tangling while you sleep.

Hair extensions may fade over time due to the initial toning or coloring process. We recommend top-up toners or gloss treatments every 6 weeks and full re-coloring every 12 weeks for root fades or foiled looks. These treatments should be done by a qualified hairdresser experienced in colouring hair extensions. Use purple shampoos sparingly to avoid overtone.

Yes, some sunscreens can cause extensions to turn gold or orange due to the ingredient avobenzone. To prevent this, use mineral sunscreens that don’t contain avobenzone. Once discoloration occurs, it’s difficult to remove, so prevention is key.
